2 Hour Food & Beverage Package – $71.00 per person 40 to 80 guests, $65.00 per person for 80 and over guests
5 canape items, 1 substantial item and 2 hour beverage package, Wait staff, bar service, travel, kitchen and bar equipment included.
Canape Items
- Caramelised onion and Yarra Valley Persian fetta tartlets with thyme (V)
- Potato & chive hash, smoked salmon, chervil, crème fraiche (G)
- Bruschetta cone, Roma, onion& basil balsamic deglaze (V)
- Basil & parmesan croquettes with saffron aioli (V)
- The Essential Caterer fried chicken, panko crust with chipotle spiked mayonnaise

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum of 40 guests, surcharges apply for smaller numbers.
- Additional charges for subsequent items, and time extensions. Monday to Friday bookings only, surcharges apply for weekends and public holidays. Offer does not apply to existing bookings.
- Travel for 40 mins included in package.
- Applicable to events booked and held between 1st to 23rd December 2019.
