How to order

Placing your order couldn’t be easier!

Just follow these easy steps;

  1. Visit the login page of the online store
  2. Register for new users or login if you have already registered. You can process an order with out setting up an account.
  3. Click the link to the online store
  4. Select the items that you wish to order, by clicking the item and entering the quantity. Please note our minimum order is $150. Close that item using the X in the right corner.
  5. Repeat for any other item selections.
  6. Proceed to the checkout page:
    • Fill in any details required
    • Enter in any special comments for delivery or other information related to this order
    • Enter in an alternative contact if required for the delivery
    • Enter in your preferred delivery time & date
    • Enter in your credit card details for payment
  7.  We will confirm your order within 1 hour during business hours or on the next business day. At this point we will process your credit card.
  8. If you need to amend your order please call our office on (03) 9761 4188 and to cancel orders please see our terms and conditions.
  9. Rest assured you have chosen a reliable caterer and we will see you on the day of your order.

How much notice is required for ordering?

We require 48 hours (2 business days) notice to guarantee your booking. For catering orders sooner than this please contact our office directly on (03) 9761 4188

How is the food delivered?

Our delicious food is delivered in disposable boxes ready for you to serve. These boxes are recyclable and any cutlery required for items such as cheese plates or dips platters are bio-
degradable. Items that are delivered, that require heating are delivered in foil trays that are ready to be popped into the oven.

Do we deliver on weekends?

Yes, we can deliver on weekends, however the minimum order is $400 plus $100 delivery

How is hot food delivered?

Hot food is delivered in foil trays ready for you to heat up and serve. 10-15 mins in the oven at 175 degrees and you’re done. No mess as the foil trays can be recycled.

Can we hire equipment?

What is the Minimum order?

Our minimum order is $150 plus delivery

Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout the South Eastern suburbs, Eastern suburbs and Yarra Valley.

Are staff available to hire?

Yes, we have professional staff available to hire please visit our online store

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset my password?

Click on the ‘Log in’ link at the top right corner of the page. On the left hand side under the existing users login section, click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link below the password field. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your email address. An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater for dietary requirements, please select items from our menus that suit your dietary needs. You can order 1 of these items if required. We can cater for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan coeliac and specific allergies?
